This Brunswick favourite serves Proud Mary coffee, breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. The cafe is licensed and also offers free WiFi, making a clever little place to take a bit of time and work away from the office or home.
In a tribute to its heritage, Lux, (a unit of measurement of light emittance) Foundry was established six years ago and has since built a reputation for great service, delicious fare and a welcoming environment.
Lux was originally a foundry making cast iron stoves, two of which are still currently at the cafe, adding to its modern industrial warehouse feel. In the 1950s it then became Craig & Seeley who continued making ovens, later changing to what most people now know as the CHEF oven brand.
