[BREAK]The Lux Foundry is one of Brunswick's hippest cafes. Housed in a unique heritage listed building which was formerly a foundry, the open and spacious venue is now a renown family-friendly cafe and inviting function space.Located on bustling Hope Street, Lux Foundry is a great spot for locals and visitors to catch up for a long and leisurely breakfast, brunch or lunch.

[BREAK]The industrial-chic interior design, which extends to exposed brick, industrial lighting fixtures, soaring ceilings and brushed concrete, creates a wonderful hideaway for customers, particularly the sun-drenched courtyard.Once you are seated, you can enjoy coffee by Proud Mary and choose from a wide and diverse menu. Some of the beautifully presented dishes include Pulled pork eggs benedict; Middle Eastern breakfast; Harissa chilli scrambled eggs; and Sumac spiced lamb salad. If you prefer your traditional Egg & bacon breaky roll; Smashed avocado; and Bircher muesli - they are on the menu too! [BREAK]Plus on selected Friday evenings till late March 2017, Lux Foundry presents 'Friday Night Food Trucks' - a fabulous night of Melbourne's finest food trucks, delicious drinks and summer vibes. Celebrate the end of the working work in style in Lux Foundry's courtyard, which will be lined with the tastiest vendors on wheels. Best of all, the Food Trucks rotate weekly, so there will always be something new and exciting to try from 5.30pm. Check the Facebook to see when the next event will take place.
