Event:
If you are Carnegie or Glen Eira local, you have seen red and gold lanterns and signs adorning Koornang Road in Carnegie shopping precinct. These decorations are announcing and inviting you to the Lunar New Year Celebration that will take place on Saturday 4th February 2017.

Carnegie Mainstreet will be welcoming the Year of the Rooster with Chinese Dance Shows, Circus performances, food and crafts stalls. And of course, there will be Chinese Dragon roving and show.

Entry is free. The Celebration starts at 4pm and runs to 8pm. It is a family-friendly event.
