Hawthorn's Spanish & Latin Kitchen is bringing the flavours of North East Victoria for the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival's The Roast Collection. Chef Matt Waldron has designed a 4-course menu inspired by his childhood in King Valley at $95 with matching wines. It is available from Tuesday to Saturday for the month of June. You can enjoy organic and free range produce from Myrrhee Boer free range goat, yackandandah Organics, King Valley organic vegetables, Red Camp olive oil and EV olives, wild mushrooms of Stanley, Walkabout Apiaries and wines from Sam Miranda wines.
