Delight your tastebuds with Asian street food
The Star in Sydney's CBD presents Luke Nyugen's pop up Asian restaurant from August to November in 2016. Inspired by Luke's travels across the country, restaurant goers will be able to purchase authentic and traditional dishes in various street food style that will coincide with his new television show on SBS, "Luke Nyugen's Street Food".

The Star, located in Darling Harbour, Pyrmont of Sydney is Australia's 2nd largest casino and an amazing diverse place to hang out in the city. Whether it's the gastronomic food choices, drinks, dancing, gambling or fashion that interests you; The Star delivers it all. And now with the added installation of Luke's pop up, there's never been a better reason to go!

Luke has just recently travelled throughout Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia & Indonesia and now wants to take Australian's tastebuds for an adventure of their own with his new restaurant. On Level 6 of The Star, the 'Café Court', you can try new dishes every week that he will also be showcasing on his show in line with the event. These dishes will vary in cost but to entice your tastebuds a little bit you can expect dishes like Lobster Tom Yum with mussels, lemongrass, lime leaves and vermicelli noodles; Vietnamese-style baguettes & what I'm looking forward too; Smashed Fried Crispy Chicken with chilli sambal & rice (plus so much more!).

So not only can you feel like a well-travelled taste tester for Asian food, but also see all the vivid people who inspired these dishes for Luke in the first place.
