Head chef Sean Pelizzari of Ludlow Bar & Dining Room is presenting a special menu with guest speakers Hadyn Petricevich from Mezzanine Wines and James Edwards from Thorn-Clarke Winery this August. Entitled 'Across the Ditch', this wine dinner will showcase the best of Australian and New Zealand wine and produce. You can enjoy South Australian Coffin Bay oysters and New Zealand Bluff oysters, NZ Western Plains lamb and Canterbury lamb, Huon Valley salmon and Marlborough Sounds king salmon, Onkaparinga Valley Venison and Canterbury Venison, and a selection of Yarra Valley.
