Lucid dreams are dreams in which we know that we are dreaming, while the dream is still happening. Lucid dreams can be truly amazing and exhilarating experiences and can feel just as real as waking life.
Lucid dreaming scientist and teacher Dr Denholm Aspy notes that we spend around 2 hours each night having vivid life-like experiences in our dreams, but for most of this time we wander around mindlessly, unaware of what's happening.
If we learn to prolong and control our lucid dreams, research suggests we can improve waking life motor skills, treat recurring nightmares that are common in PTSD and find creative inspiration in our unconscious mind - the possibilities are virtually limitless.
In this enlightening 5-hour workshop, Dr Denholm Aspy will detail the latest in lucid dreaming science and effective evidence-based techniques for inducing lucid dreams. These techniques are ideal for people from all walks of life as lucid dreaming can improve a range of skills and abilities, help overcome nightmares and unlock creative inspiration.
As part of the workshop experience, you will participate in a range of lucid dreaming training exercises, have a chance to ask anything you want about lucid dreaming in an open Q&A discussion session and connect with like-minded lucid dreamers.
Included in the ticket price, you'll also receive:
