The
Healthy Sunshine Coast program is a Council initiative that provides numerous opportunities for anybody and everybody to participate in a variety of free or low cost, physical activities, workshops and events aimed at maintaining or improving fitness levels. The objective is to increase physical activity levels by making regular exercise an essential and fun part of one's daily lifestyle, thereby ensuring a healthy and active way of life is easier to maintain.
I recently let you know about the
Free Community Yoga that is accessible at three stunning outdoor locations on the Sunshine Coast, with this article now guiding yogis to an alternative selection of low cost community yoga held at different locations, with hopefully, more locations being added in March.

The Choose to Move low cost community yoga program is the perfect way to learn about the practice of yoga and to improve physical and mental health in a gentle and encouraging environment. With qualified and supportive instructors, classes provide the necessary skill to improve strength, balance and flexibility, which is ideal for beginners, as well as regular yogis. And, besides, it's a fabulous way to make new friends too!
