If you love your local markets but weekend mornings just aren't your thing, a solution has been found! After the trialling of evening markets in 2013, Twilight Markets are coming to Hawthorne in 2014 – for good! The city's Southsiders will now have a new market to love, with the same great range of stalls and a little bit more.

The markets will run on the first Friday of every month from 4pm until 8.30pm. This new time will allow you to not only escape from the hot summer sun, but will be a great chance to unwind and relax after the busy working week. These evening markets will see more of a focus on live music and entertainment and will also include licensed vendors.



A majority of the much loved stalls from the Sunday morning markets will be returning. This means that gourmet food, fresh produce, designer goods, homewares and some great kids stuff will all be on offer.

These markets are located in Hawthorne Oval which provides an easily accessible location – only minutes from the Hawthorne Ferry Terminal.
