Love Scouts is about head hunter Kang Ji-yun (played by Han Ji-min), a cold and work-oriented businesswoman, who one day comes across Yu Eun-ho (played by Lee Jun-hyuk), a HR department staff from a pharmaceutical company who with Ji-yun tried to steal a worker from Eun-ho company.

Because of internal conflict in Eun-ho’s company, Eun-ho ended up getting fired. He applies as a secretary at Peoplez a head hunter company that Ji-yun works at. Eun-ho% didn’t know that the secretary position is to assist Ji-yun. When Eun-ho first started his new work as Ji-yun’s secretary, a lot of awkward things happen because of the riffraff that occurred between the two of them before.

But in the end, Ji-yun became soft to Eun-ho as he is good with his job and helps Ji-yun in any possible way that he can, including making coffee with the right temperature that Ji-yun likes, compiling all data that support Ji-yun’s decision with her work, and many more.

The cosy workplace environment that had been built little by little since Eun-ho joined Peoplez becomes under threat as Ji-yun’s and Eun-ho past lives haunt them; the death of Ji-yun’s father, the accident that happened with Eun-ho when he was a little boy, Eun-ho’s past marriage, the incident at Ji-yun’s previous workplace, all of that and more will change Ji-yun and Eun-ho’s life.

Directed by Ham Joon-ho (he was also the director for My Strange Hero TV series), this 16-episode South Korean drama captivated a lot of viewers and make Love Scouts as the most view drama in early 2025. In one episode of Love Scouts, there’s a scene where Eun-ho about to watch a movie, One Spring Night, at the cinema. Actually, Han Ji-min was the lead actress for One Spring Night. Han Ji-min’s acting can also be seen in the movie A Year of Medley . Lee Sang-hee, who played as Ji-yun’s best friend, Seo Mi-ae, in Love Scouts can also be seen in TV series Mr. Plankton .
