Do you love pho? How about banh mi, or cold rolls? They sure do at in the Myer Centre Food Court, and you probably will to if you give them a visit.

If you're a little bit lost at the moment, you might not know too much about Vietnamese food. Here is a little run down. Pho is Vietnamese noodle soup, a hearty broth with greens, meat and spiced up with some chilli and fish sauce. Cold rolls are noodles and veggies and meat wrapped in rice paper, basically a cold, uncooked spring roll. Banh mi is Love Pho's specialty, a Vietnamese bread roll stuffed with carrot, cucumber, coriander, chilli, and the meat of your choice, spread with mayonnaise and pâté. There is obviously loads of other foods in Vietnamese cuisine, but these will get you started.

You can choose between barbeque or crispy pork, chicken, or a combination of the two. crispy pork and the chicken will give you a bit of a crunch, but the barbeque pork will give a burst of flavour. Sometimes they are a little sparse with the coriander, so if you're a fan make sure you ask for extra, they're always happy to oblige. It a great combination of a fresh healthy bite with the full flavour of the meat and sauces.

So if your only choices are a fatty hamburger or a greasy pie, try and banh mi and it could be a welcome alternative. As well as the banh mi, pho and cold rolls you can also find a selection of asian food to enjoy. Try them out next time you're in the Mall.
