The more drama I see at this year's Fringe Festival, the more convinced I am that the arts are in good hands as the baton is passed to the next generation. This play in three 'acts' manages to combine thematic similarities in order to highlight some dramatic differences about the progression of a relationship.

Beginning with the most intense version, it would have been easy to play this in a way that wasn't plausible - but plausible it was, which was a testament to the acting skills of the entire cast. Every actor delivered poignant and thoughtful performances that prompted though about the processes and challenges of the various stages of a relationship. The fact that the performances decrease in intensity during the show serves only to highlight the initial dysfunction and disconnect that is in evidence early in the performance.

Lockwood Productions deserves every success for this production and I hope that you will offer your support by buying a ticket. You will be repaid many fold, and gain the satisfaction of supporting some very talented Perth artists.
