The Kindle book Lose Belly Fat Diet by Patty Wallace states that belly fat has everything to do with your food intake. So, fight fat with food! Avoid sugar, eat protein, lessen carbs, eat more fiber, mono-unsaturated fats, green veggies, take water everywhere, no processed foods, plenty of dairy, green tea, dark chocolate and omega 3s. Wallace states that we need to do this together and just no one by itself. Buy food raw and cook at home. Instead of 3 large meals each day, have 6 smaller meals every 2 to 3 hours for a regular source of energy and no need to gorge. This is sustainable. One could also design a meal plan, such as low calorie, low carb or high protein. Develop a good exercise program. Finally, 3 good foods that should be a must in your diet are oatmeal, green fibrous vegetables and chicken breast.

The pace of the book is fine. The content is easy to understand, not technical. The author's style is entertaining. I learned what good foods there are out there that are made easily available to fight belly fat. I like the fact that I personally have learned a few lessons. People of every status can apply these tips. People should buy this book as belly fat is the most dangerous fat, thus saving their health.
