Look Great Feel Great by Joyce Meyer, of Joyce Meyer Ministries, is different than what she normally writes about. This book is about a healthy lifestyle in a holy way. She talks about twelve keys, with one key per chapter.

Instead of chatting about the entire book, I would like to tell you about the two top keys that I think about every day.

The first would be to take water with you wherever you go. I, personally, change things up a bit. I might carry a seltzer, sparkling water, a sugar-free lemonade, iced tea, etc. But, I do like to carry one around at all times. People make fun of me, but I do not care.

The second would be to let God do the heavy-lifting. If there is something that you just could not do, pray about it. If I gained a few pounds or did not get in enough exercise, I pray about it. Give it over to God.

So, you are taught a little common fitness advice. You are taught a little religious fitness advice.

I have read this book six times and have given away three copies. I give this book a five-star rating.
