I promised in my last restaurant review to expand on the 'hip-ness' that is flowing out on to the streets of Braddon.
The main flow is coming from Lonsdale Street Roasters on - you guessed it - Lonsdale Street.
The place is buzzing with people sitting outside; enjoying a laugh and a Cuppa Joe.
I brought a coffee-aficionado-friend along to check out the place as although I love a good cup of coffee every now and then, I tend to stick more to chai and hot chocolate.
We walked into a very sleek cafe, lined with timber furniture and cool drawings dancing along the walls. Lovely smells of coffee wafted through the air and the general hiss-tap-bang sounds of the Barista's pulling the perfect shot of coffee resonated nicely.
We ordered a coffee with freshly roasted Kenyan Peaberry beans, the Zoolander (an iced espresso with chocolate and an orange peel), a Chai and an almond croissant from Flute Bakery.
We plonked ourselves outside and enjoyed our very smooth coffee, delicious chai and scrumptious treats while basking in the beautiful afternoon sun; giggling at the funny quotes scribbled on the black board.
