W Melbourne's signature restaurant Lollo is offering the perfect excuse to gather your friends for a catch up over a delicious spread of their signature dishes and bottomless cocktails. Live music will set the vibe for the afternoon, with sound and percussion by DJ Edger throughout April.
Start off with Fresh baked flatbread with house-made ricotta, black garlic and white sesame, and Adam's steak tartare with baby capers, quail egg yolk and Melba toast. For mains indulge in baked Cone Bay barramundi with leek, pangritata and Nonna's herb marinade as well as corn fed chicken cotoletta with Lollo slaw and salsa verde. Indulge in a Lollo dessert platter to finish.
Don't miss the rotating cocktail menu – start at the 'Garnish Your Own' Bloody Mary station, then make your own wine coolers, alongside Chandon Garden Spritz and house wine/beer.
