This April, Shaws Road Winery in Arthurs Creek (just 30 minutes north of Eltham) is hosting a unique dining experience that will showcase the finest Australian game meats.

This exquisite five course 'Long Lunch' event will be prepared by top Italian chef, Carmine Costantini, from Osteria La Passione restaurant in Richmond.

Upon arrival at 12pm, guests will be greeted with Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay and delicious appetisers before sitting down to a selection of tantalising Australian Game dishes, featuring wallaby, emu, possum and venison. Each course will be expertly matched with Shaws Road Yarra Valley wine varieties.

Guests will leisurely dine on each course whilst seated on an inviting long table on the wide verandahs of the winery, which offer sumptuous views of the Kinglake Ranges. If the weather is not warm, the verandah will be enclosed with clear awnings and heated, so everyone stays comfortable.

The all-inclusive price for this one of a kind dining experience is $185 per person.

As places are strictly limited, early bookings are advised.

must be confirmed and paid for by 31st March 2016.
