Long Jetty Sunset
Every year New South Wales' Central Coast is inundated with tourists eager for a much needed holiday to unwind. Quite often though some of the most relaxing and magnificent parts of our coastline are left forgotten. Whether you are a tourist or a local, you should be adding Long Jetty to your itinerary this weekend.
Make sure to head to Long Jetty's longest jetty, which is in fact, New South Wales' longest jetty, before sunset to capture a beautiful painting like image across Tuggerah Lake. You will probably be alongside some rather keen photographers and perhaps even a few buzzing drones.

Real Life Art
Pack your walking shoes if you are keen for the achievement of not only visiting Long Jetty, but actually walking all the way along this truly, long jetty.

Walk the Jetty
Children can play in the soft, white sand on the shoreline and adults may prefer to lounge on the recently built, reclining seating.

Imagine relaxing here!
Pack a picnic and a blanket to stretch out on the grassed area or bring a few snags and make use of the free BBQ facilities. There are also sheltered tables and public toilets nearby. There are several playgrounds in this area and an awesome bicycle/walking path that runs along the lake. It really is a perfect picnic spot!
