The has come a long way from a nail and waxing salon of a few years ago.

Now doing hair including microbead extensions, the place has had a cosmetic overhaul. Combine that with excellent friendly staff who are great at what they do, is the place to go.

Years ago (many years ago) I had my nails and tans done here and was really happy with the service. Now after returning to SA 5 years later, I came across a Groupon voucher for the , to get a colour cut treatment and blow dry and decided to give it another whirl.

From the moment I walked in with bub and partner in tow I was greeted by a friendly young staff member who quickly got me settled in the salon chair and I was brought a pot of tea. Within minutes I had the owner Jackie, discussing with me what I wanted to achieve with my hair.

My hairdresser Jasmine then came over the continue the conversation and suggested that considering I wanted to make my hair blonder, rather than bleaching it again we should try a high lift tint which would protect the hair better than a bleach. I had never had this suggested to me before and was impressed because rather than try to squeeze more money out of me, she wanted me to get the result that was most cost effective and also kind to my hair.

On top of the consultation, the staff paid attention to my partner also making sure he had somewhere to change our child and Jasmine even helped him carry the stroller up and down the stairs when he ducked out to grab some lunch. That's what I call great customer service.

The atmosphere in the salon is lighthearted and cheerful and really is a great client experience.

The result of my hair was amazing and was the colour I had been trying to achieve for a long time without the bleach. The blow dry made my hair so straight without the need to heat damage it further by going over with straightening irons. Having the Groupon voucher was a great way to test out the salon but I can guarantee I will be going back.
