Once upon a time, there were two dragons called Ms Lulu Lovebug and Mr Trufflewufflepuff who fell in love. Their romantic fantasy has culminated in a stunning wedding at Lollipop Land.

Lollipop Land is the beautiful collaboration between two highly creative Queensland women: award-winning doll artist, Chis Bolton, and inspirational visual design artist, Jule Barten. They have been working together since 2002 and their new gorgeous creations is a fantasy land called Do You Bee-lieve?. Lollipop Land has been running since 2011 and changes every year. Once you have visited it, it will have you under its magical spell to see subsequent years' creatures and settings.
Opening hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm and Sunday from 9am to 3pm. There is so much to see - you will want to make a whole day of it. It is about a 30 minutes drive north of Brisbane and there is ample parking.
Highlights include a journey Somewhere Over the Rainbow; the crystal cave; the enchanted forest; wonderful photo opportunities with a magical unicorn (don't forget your camera); and of course, the dragon wedding. There is also a gift shop and I hope that you are invited to the Fairy Tea Party.
This whimsical wonderland is not just for Christmas but a day of magic and memories. And unicorns are THE party theme for little girls this year. For further information check out their Facebook page here.
