LOJO Festival is back again on Sunday 24th March 2024 from 10am until late and this year's theme is Disco. Over 45 traders along Johnston St and surrounding streets will be participating in the day's festivities – each hosting a unique food, culture or music-themed event at their venues. Venues include Bodriggy, House of Plants, Dr Morse, Beef's Barbers, Dutch Vinyl, Park Hotel, Lulie Tavern and more. To stay updated about what's happening where, stay in touch via Instagram . Some of the events to look forward to are as follows -

Bodriggy Brewing Co will be hosting a Best Dressed Competition with hair styling by LOJO based Berry Hair Studio ; disco line dancing classes; and launching their collab beer with locals Range Brewing , as well as special offers on beer and food.

Berry Hair Studio is having a pop-up event where they'll be offering glittery and disco-inspired hairdos. Get over there for a day of sparkling transformations and retro glow-ups.

House of Plants Bar will have a dog runway followed by an epic Italo disco party - a day of furry fashion and funky beats, complete with Eurotrash cocktails.

Gallery Midlandia will be open on the day and will be offering drinks and nibbles, featuring special items from the 1970s.

Cleopatras Bling is having a special Archive sale, soundtracked by a global disco playlist, where never-before-seen samples, one-offs and limited edition pieces from the vault will be available.

Gilbees Abbotsford will be providing entertainment while they serve drinks and food. Selecta Events will be performing in the courtyard, which is dog-friendly.

Machine Alley will have live music with a retro spin and a motorcycle Show & Shine.

Perfect Barber Shop will be playing acoustic music inside and an African accessories stall on the footpath.

Fox On The Run Vintage will be open so you can shop their groovy 70s collection sustainably on the day.

The Park Hotel is putting on a show with 70s themed drinks and food specials and front bar disco decor all while spinning disco tunes. Dogs are more than welcome in the courtyard.

Xflos will be crafting beautiful floral arrangements with carefully sourced botanicals, featuring streamers and disco music.

Mamor Chocolates & High Teas will showcase the most colourful and exclusive chocolates and an extensive tea list. Indulge in complimentary chocolates and tea that'll transport you to the charm of Old Europe with a disco twist.

Nighthawks Bar DJs will go disco-themed in the beer garden from 1-5pm with Bodriggy drinks specials all night long.

Kaede will be dishing up homely Japanese cuisines with a coffee-first approach, featuring disco tunes. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian choices to be had.

Hub 301 Records will be spinning disco tunes all day long. This is the destination for the freshest sounds in techno, disco and soul records.
