Suitable for all ages, this fun water park boasts 10 totem poles with spray nozzles, 12 colourfully-lit jets which regularly shoot water high in the air, a water table, dumping bucket, plus a 50mm pool which, as it turns out, is plenty deep enough to get nice and wet.
When not 'swimming' in the pool, our young ones spent most of their time camped out under the dumping bucket, giggling with delight as the water gradually built up from a trickle to a tidal wave. The water table – featuring an eye-catching artwork – was popular with the real littlies (and those wanting to keep their faces dry).
The water play area is mostly covered by a series of shade sails, plus there are several covered square benches for those wanting to escape the heat without actually getting wet. Importantly, all the water is filtered then recycled, so you can splash around to your heart's content without worrying about those falling dam levels.
Logan Gardens is also home to a fantastic all-abilities playground, plus bike/walking paths, BBQs and plenty of grassy spaces to run around or lay out a picnic. There's also an off-leash dog area to tire out the fur-kids and wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities.
