On entering the venue, the first thing I noticed was all the greenery hanging from the ceiling which gave the feeling of an indoor oasis. I perused the drinks menu, which had a good variety, and checked out the food menu. It was a shame I wasn't hungry (I'd just left a catered Christmas function) as the baby beetroot and the crepe and confit duck wraps both sounded divine. The fromage plate is something I'd like to try too.
Exploring the venue, the balcony retained the views of Boundary Street where there's great people watching. Inside, the plush couches were just the thing to sink into after a busy day. There were a number of small groups and some larger groups, and the venue offered seating areas to cater for groups of all sizes.
