Ladies, here’s your chance to lock him in
Melbourne, show some heart and Lock in the Love this Valentine's week. From 11 to 15 February, the Heart Foundation is inviting Melburnians to truly share the love by dedicating a love lock complete with silver heart charm, along with a special message of affection, devotion or remembrance, to the Lock in the Love installation in the heart of Melbourne at Queensbridge Square, Southbank.
Purchase a love lock and add it to the Lock in the Love installation in Melbourne's Queensbridge Square.
Over the five days, the Heart Foundation's hub of love by the red stairs will also set the scene for anyone brave enough to make a proposal (or confession), with romantic music, love inspired dance classes and performances from local artists offering up an optimistic atmosphere.

If you're not one for public displays of affection, you can still be part of the love-in; just place your lock somewhere meaningful closer to home, or simply support the Heart Foundation by making a donation.
For more than 50 years, the Heart Foundation has been making a difference to the health of Australian hearts through vital research, community education and prevention programs. Sadly, heart disease remains the single biggest killer of Australian men and women, so there is still much work to be done. Go on, open your heart this Valentine's week and support a great cause with Lock in the Love.
