Get a local tour (and insider knowledge) for free
Urban Adventures has just launched a new initiative, 'Locals on Tap' where travellers can 'tap into' local culture and to celebrate the launch, they're giving away a whopping 100,000 tours! All you have to do is visit the site and let them know where you're travelling to get a promo code.

Created with the 'Airbnb generation' in mind, Locals on Tap are a range of meetups designed to allow travellers to experience local life and local knowledge of travel hotspots.

Experiences are offered in 50 different cities around the globe and are between one to two hours including a walk through a city's iconic neighbourhood with a local and ends at an independent bar or café, allowing time for travellers to ask detailed questions about the city and maximise their time with plenty of local insight.

You can pick their brain about the best cafes, where to get the best coffee, public transport advice, anything! It's way better than referring to a guidebook or website and having local info from a local means you'll get real-time advice that many apps or website don't always get such as road closure, pop-up events, transit delays, new openings, etc.

It's also a great way for people travelling solo to meet new people.

So if you're planning an adventure, visit the Urban Adventures website and check out the 'Locals on Tap' tour, which runs every day of the year in cities like Florence, Lisbon, Berlin, Shanghai, Honolulu and more (full list is on the website.)

If your one of the first 100,000 travellers to register for the offer from now until December, you can get your local tour for free. Register now and don't miss out on making the most of your next adventure.
