Description:
Tunesday is a casual gathering of people who love creating, singing, and playing music together. The group meets at Perth City Farm on the first Tuesday of every month between 6-8pm. Please bring along a pen, some paper, and any instruments you want to play. There will be a different song theme for each session to write and sing about and they also do sing-alongs to cover songs.

2. Guitar Social at Ellenbrook Library

Description:
The Ellenbrook Library will be hosting a guitar social on Tuesday, September 10 and Tuesday, 17 September 2024 at 4pm. The class has been designed to be welcoming to everyone from beginners to experienced musicians. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the basics of guitar playing and new techniques to improve your skills. The class is free but space is limited so make sure to book in advance to secure your spot.

3. Market City Tavern Jam Session

Description:
Perth Open Mic hosts jam sessions at the Market City Tavern every Thursday at 7pm. Each night has six 30 minute performance slots. Bookings are available up to 28 days in advance. The Market City Tavern provides 2 mics, 2 foldbacks, 1 kick mic, lights, and vocal PA. They welcome guitarists, bassists, drummers, bands, and acoustic singers. Bands are required to book two back-to-back spots to give them an hour to set up and do a set.

4. Kewdale Tavern

The Kewdale Tavern is an iconic pub that hosts an acoustic open mic night every Friday night from 4pm. There is a big beer garden with a stage and a wet weather alternative inside as well. Bookings are essential and can be made up to 28 days in advance. 2 mics, lights, and vocal PA are provided.

5. Muso Meetups at the Old Midland Court House
Address: Old Midland Courthouse, 49 Helena Street, Midland, 6056
Date: Every Monday (except on Public Holidays) from 3-5pm.

Muso Meetups is held at the Old Midland Courthouse every week on Monday from 3-5pm. The workshop is suitable for people 16 years and older. There will be some guitars available for limited use. You are encouraged to bring along your own instruments if possible. Please book as spaces are limited.
