The Lobster Shack, Sydney's renowned lobster bar, are bringing their famous lobster roll and champagne to a pop-up in the forecourt of the Arts Centre here in Melbourne for a delicious three weeks. After 10 sell-out days in Sydney, they are bound to be equally as popular here.
The lobster rolls, crammed with juicy wild-caught Maine lobster tails gently poached in butter, delicately placed on fennel slaw and lovingly sandwiched in a toasted milk hot dog bun will have your mouth watering before it reaches your lips.
Served with crunchy truffle parmesan fries, can this meal get any better? How about serving it with a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne - a perfect match made in heaven, that will have foodies salivating in anticipation.
