No one talks about what they’ve been up to…
Loaded is a double bill of two new plays by two rising stars of WA's theatre world.
Firstly there's Girl Shut Your Mouth by Gita Bezard, no stranger to the Fringe or theatre. The play grew out of her involvement with Playwriting Australia's Script Workshop in 2014.

Katie, Mia, Darcy and Grace are sixteen. They have the usual interests of girls their age - fashion, boys and the future. The one thing that separates them from other sixteen year old girls is that their friends die on a regular basis. So, not really average sixteen-year-olds at all.
Bezard says; This play is about the extreme, but to me it resonates with situations at home and around the world. At it's heart it is about a woman's right to be free and equal, to have a voice ...'
Girl Shut Your Mouth is directed by Jeffrey Jay Fowler and the cast is Shalom Brune-Franklin (Grace), Brittany Morel (Darcy), Stephanie Panozzo (Mia) and Jessica Paterson as Katie.
The other half of the double bill is written and directed by Will O'Mahony an actor, director and playwright who began in 2012, but in that short time has garnered several awards. He is a proud alumnus of WAAPA.

The play stars rising young actors Adam Sollis (Max), Lincoln Vickery (Tonsils), Megan Wilding (Beth) and Hoa Xuande (Lewis).
