Do you love musicals? Do you love to have a good laugh? If yes, then get in quick to see ''! Currently playing in Melbourne as part of Midsumma, the first two shows have sold out completely.

You don't need to know anything about Liza Minelli before going to be able to enjoy it. I didn't! From the first scene of the opening act though, I knew I was going to love it.

The Hi-Fi bar is the perfect setting for the incredibly funny show. Not too big so you could be easily blinded by the sparkles coming from the pantsuit, but not small enough to feel like you are the only one there. Trevor Ashley is enchanting as always, having the movements and attitude down pat. Special guest star Ed Grey is a fabulous addition with his powerful voice and boyish charm, almost taking the spotlight away from Liza for a minute.

Trevor shows off both his powerful voice as well as his quick wit, not even slowing down after the wig comes off and the voice becomes just slightly more gravelly. You don't have to be a Liza fan to become totally wrapped up in the trials and tribulations of her fascinating and ever exciting life.

At $39.90 tickets are a steal, and with only two shows remaining in Melbourne, on February 6th and 20th, you have to get in quick.

Almost best of all for the ladies, where else can you go to see a musical where the queue for the men's toilet is longer than the ladies?
