There are currently over 80 restaurants in Sydney to choose from with new restaurants joining in each day. With so many different cuisines to suit any taste buds including Chur Burger, Subsolo and Busshari to name a few, the problem will be choosing where to go.

For my Rubyos experience, I loved that there were so many different banquets to choose from. My eyes and tummy settled on the Seafood Sampler.
From the start the guacamole crostini had you salivating for more. Delicate micro herbs added bursts of flavours with the nori seaweed roulade and smoked salmon. The cinnamon roasted sweet potato salad was a refreshing surprise with shaved green apple and pomegranate dressing and disappeared as fast as it appeared on the table.
The lemon myrtle and black pepper calamari had my mouth zinging with the chilli lime aioli, the baked Atlantic Salmon with Thai green curry marinade was a surprising delight and you couldn't go past the New York style crush chat potatoes for a little indulgence.
After all this food, I did manage a peek at the dessert menu but I didn't have an ounce of room to fit it in. My note for next time is to leave some room for their passionfruit crème brulee or rose water scented panna cotta or their blackberry parfait and meringue stack. Or just come back for the chef's special dessert platter for 2 for myself.
