A FREE Facebook LIVE event with Matt Runnalls that's kid-friendly, so make sure you bring them too. Keep Wednesday 19 August 2020 from 4.30-5.30pm FREE for this important event that'll help your children understand and deal with their emotions, which is a skill that'll last a lifetime. The talk will be child friendly and important for both kids and parents and held on the ChildSafe Australia Facebook page.

Some of the questions discussed will be children's understanding of how to describe what they feel. The kind of impact it can have for them when their feelings are challenged. How it affects them to live amongst discord between their parents at home. How to help kids be intuitive to other people's emotions and how kids can support kids; and methods of using emotion colours in a conversation and when to stop using them. You'll find full details on the event page, including information about your speaker who is an advocate for mental health and delivers programs for primary school students. Come away with a useful set of skills and tools that parents can harness and use every day for the betterment of our children.
