There's nothing like reading a good book; which is why the campaign running from September to October is a great place to start your reading habit.

Most people often don't have the time to curl up and read a book, or would not consider themselves to have a reading 'habit'. However, research shows that any habit can be developed in 31 days – so why not a positive reading habit? This new campaign has been launched Australia-wide to help Aussies all over the country to get back into reading. After all, 2012 is the National Year of Reading . There are plenty of sponsors getting behind this campaign, and you can too, by signing up online as an individual or a group.

And the best thing about this campaign is you will not be thrown in the deep end. There are plenty of resources, activities and events that will be happening over the next 31 days to help you develop your reading habit – so check out the official website for more details.

So why 25 words? That's the average number of words in a sentence or verse, say the campaigners. And all you have to do is read 25 words a day from the best-selling book of all time (as seen in the Guinness Book of World Records ) to get started.

To find out more, or to get your own copy of the Good Book, please visit the website and get involved in the Bible-Reading Campaign. You will be glad you did.
