I recently attended the Yoga class at the local park. It was early morning so there were not many people in the park and it was lovely with the blue sky above, feeling the cool breeze while doing stretches on my yoga mat. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly and adapted some of the routines for the newbies (yes, me).
