Free fitness and yoga in Melbourne
Most of us want to feel fit and healthy. Many of us consider gym membership but it can be costly. Live Life Get Active runs free fitness and yoga sessions during the week days. Live Life Get Active is the brainchild of Jane Flemming, former Olympic athlete, and her business partner, Amanda King. Their desire is for people to become fitter and healthier, so with the assistance from local councils and businesses, the financial barrier has been removed so more people can participate.

Classes are for people 18 years or older but if you have a baby or young child, Live Life Get Active request that another adult supervises them. Another alternative is to form groups with other mums and get a babysitter.
