In these strange times we live, thank goodness for the generosity of many to keep us uplifted. Look for the joy in every little thing for it will sustain us. There are many sites with activities you can access for free, libraries you can join to download great films with your library cards, languages you can learn, and freebie library events. Everyone is coming out of the woodwork with free and or cheap activities, and shows you would normally be paying a lot for, in real life.

Medibank is no different. Hang out on their Facebook page and you'll be able to keep up with updates every time there's a new event coming up. Since the launch of their Live Better at Home section, they've been championing you to take care of yourself better so you can take care of those around you. They encourage each and every Australian to join their eat, move and feel activities that'll help everyone stay active, healthy and Live Better at Home .

If you happen to be a member of Medibank already, you can be rewarded for Living Better at Home . Download the Live Better App and as an eligible member with hospital or extras cover you can start earning points that go towards rewards, simply for looking after your health. T&Cs apply. You'll find all details HERE .

For the non-members, you will still find these inspirational, instructional videos HERE on the website and the dedicated Facebook Live Better at Home page. Experts will help you set healthy habits at home, but it's not all about exercise and workouts, though there is that. There are stretching sessions, mindfulness techniques that can be done anytime anywhere, lunch and snack recipes and more. Creating harmony, emotional wellbeing, banana bread, pilates, quieting your worrying mind, you name it, you'll probably find it. Check it out . Gathering knowledge is power and can only expand our minds and keep it working and healthy.

Their Facebook page currently has some interesting articles as well that you can click on, on the subject of winter blues ; why women should do weights ; the Mediterranean diet ; dietary changes to optimise fertility ; lower back pain and active recovery , and more.
