Learn the art of printmaking in a fun and social setting

If you are looking for something creative and unique to do this winter, consider joining the interactive Live Art Workshop series by Art Workshops Group at The Butter Factory Arts Centre.

On Sunday 11th of June, 2017, Janine Delgos, a qualified secondary art educator and artist with 26 years of experience in the realm of Visual Art and Education is hosting a fun Printmaking Workshop for all skill levels.

No previous experience is required, simply come along and discover the versatility of printmaking. From 9am to 12.30pm, Janine will present basic printmaking methods, including relief and intaglio which can be combined with more contemporary explorations into digital printing.

You are sure to be surprised by the freedom that printmaking allows and Janine will also highlight the required tools & paper types and responsible workplace practices.

You'll find that the tools are easy to manipulate and can be used with simple methods to create exciting and original results.
