Sophisticated and original, Little Tree Bake and Brew House in Samford Village offers exceptional food made from scratch, using only local and seasonal produce. The fresh artisan bread is made in the bakery and only world-class coffee is served to deliver a genuine nourishing experience.

Owners Ven, David & Joumana, have been operating for over 2 years, channeling in this business all their skills and experience. The cafe/bakery employs many workers, including bakers and stuff attendant. The personnel are very polite, friendly and professional. The Little Tree can accommodate about 100 patrons on its spacious premises.

We are a passionate team here to deliver a world-class coffee and dining experience. Samford is our home and we want only the best for it. All our meat is free-range and sourced locally. All our organic waste is recycled by Loop Growers and our take-away packaging is recycled or 100% compostable.%%

The café/bakery is dedicated to preparing healthy food, using homemade jams, in house cultured butter snd chutney all made on the premises. Herbs grow in the garden, only free-range eggs and meat are served and wherever possible organic food, like labneh and buckwheat waffles. The sourdough bread is baked fresh daily with no yeast.

The menu offers an unbelievable healthy combination of foods, flavors and colours. There are great options suitable for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dietary requirements.

The Little Tree Bake and Brew House is becoming famous for pies. On top of the list is the Beef and Shiraz Pie. A sensation! My partner Terry tried the Beef and Shiraz Pie at the cafe/bakery. A rustic tasteful puff pastry encased perfectly cooked meat. The pie was a good size and very heavy because it was so full of meat. The pastry held the filling well and Terry rated the pie 9/10.

All the pies can be turned into a meal, adding side dishes like salads.

My friends chose from the menu different unique dishes and they were satisfied with the portions, flavour and presentation.

Little Tree prepares hot drinks, cold drinks and specialty drinks. There is special and serious attention in brewing coffee!

Little Tree Café is serious when it comes to environmentally friendly practices and waste reduction. The café doesn't provide plastic straws or plastic take away containers. The service at the table includes a glass bottle of tap water. The cutlery provided is metal and the cups and dishes are made of ceramic, all completely washable and reusable.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly, with lots of outdoor tables and chairs. It is great for families, large groups and anyone who wants to enjoy fresh and healthy food in a peaceful setup. Pooches can come too!

On request, the business prepares basket full of flavoursome pies, pastry and bread, local honey and wine, homemade jams and preserved food. Just order the basket and you have the confidence of great and fresh food.

The Café has a large collection of bonsai, collected by Joumana and David over the years. There are many different beautiful plants contributing to create a green oasis.

The plants and flowers are living organisms and enhance the sense of wellbeing for the people. They add style and sophistication to the place. There is also a fountain with water adding an extra element of décor and beauty to the outdoor area, but also adding an element of relaxation.
