With latest technologies introduced into their lives at an early stage, children nowadays handle digital cameras with ease.
Little Sydney Live is the perfect opportunity to let them prove their talents.
An initiative of Art and About Sydney 2011, the Little Sydney Live Photography exhibition has been introduced to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
The photography competition is opened to all children aged 3-11 years old and they are invited to submit their most creative photos of Sydney. The photos should be able to reflect on how they see and feel about Sydney.
Photos of the twenty finalists will be put on display in
Sandringham Gardens, Hyde Park and visitors will be able to view them from 23 September to 23 October 2011.
Entries must be received at the City of Sydney by 5pm Friday 5 August 2011. Check out this
website to complete your entry form and upload your image/s.
The competition is divided into two categories; 3-7 years and 8-11 years old.
Prizes will be awarded as follows:
The winner of each age group category will receive a $200 value gift
The highly commended of each age group category will receive a $50 value gift
The entry which receives the People's Choice Award,will also receive a $100 value gift
