April 4th 2015 on Saturday from 10am to 5pm is the date and time, and the place is the Malvern Town Hall at the corner of High Street and Glenferrie Road, Malvern. Welcome to Little Sparrow Market's 'Designers and Makers Event' . Not only do you get to see some great stalls showcasing a lot of original and quality items, you get to ask questions first hand of the designers themselves, some new, emerging and established. It seems things just get better and better with this market. When you get there, register at the 'event desk' and you're in with a chance to win $500 worth of gifts. Too easy. I've also found that they tend to run little competitions now and then on their pages to keep their fans happy. Comment on a picture, write a creative caption; when it does come about, you get to have a gift voucher to use at the markets. Sweet! Only if you win of course, so get your creative cap for when it comes around.

As it's the Easter weekend, there's also going to be an Easter egg hunt around 11am, so stay tuned by keeping tabs on their event page .

There'll be refreshments and food stalls; caramelised nuts from Choo la la, cakes from Unforgettable Products, or perhaps you'd like some Turkish Market Fresh Gozleme who do meat, chicken, spinach and cheese and cater to the vegetarian as well.

If you're looking for a pleasant way to spend your Easter Saturday, this would be the place. You're in with a chance to win hundreds of dollars just by registering at the desk, an Easter egg hunt to keep the young-uns happy and 40 great stalls to browse through, many that specialise in unique, handmade and original wares.
