Get grubby on the farmyard
Calling all mini farmers! It's time for children to get their hands dirty and get down to work in the farm, as Rain, Hayne & Shine teaches children from preschool to primary school age how to live life on the farm.
On Tuesday the 2nd of July, children from preschool age to primary school age are invited to join all the fun the farm life has to offer. There are three age-specific groups and sessions, tailoring to the needs and wants of different children.
The first session is for preschool aged (under 5) children. Lots of the farm activities will be based around play and learning through fun and interactive songs and dance. Children will be given a chance to pat and feed the animals, and also have a ride on the tractor.
The third session is for primary school aged children and will see children learning how to nurture and take care of a wide range of farm animals, allowing them to pat and feed them. A tractor ride is included in this session.
If you're looking for a hands-on farm experience for your child these school holidays, you can't go past Rain, Hayne & Shine!
