With not so many weeks left now until Christmas, you can start your Christmas shopping early at these Fremantle Little Markets. There will be some of Perth's best local traders and small businesses showing off their wares here and you will be able to get exclusive bargains.

I always go to markets like this one, as I prefer to shop early for presents, rather than wait for the last few weeks and battle through huge crowds everywhere! I also prefer the smaller markets as I find that they have more unusual finds and the stallholders often seem to be different from the larger markets around Perth.

There are of course, the larger Fremantle Markets in the heart of Fremantle and you could do both easily in a day - these markets have different stallholders compared to the large and more well-known icon of the Fremantle Markets and this is only the third time this year that these markets have been held.

They are held in a lovely old Hall, Victoria Hall, located on High Street, Fremantle and this building was designed by Talbot Hobbs, and built between 1896 and 1897.
