If you're looking to update your summer wardrobe with this season's hottest trends, why not spend the weekend shopping at La Maison Ogilvy's newest designer boutique.
Pop-up shops, described as retail stores that literally "pop-up" and install themselves in unconventional areas for a limited time, have been all the rage for quite some time now. Just in time for warmer temperatures, Little Marcel, a fashion brand hailing from the south of France, has set up shop at Saint-Catherine street's landmark department store and will stick around until the end of August.
Located on the lower-level of the 5-floor establishment, Little Marcel is surrounded by the re-vamped area's other new retailers, which include Canada Goose, UGG Australia, Vince, Splendid, and 7 For All Mankind. This little shop is sure to catch your eye as it offers a variety of spring/summer 2013's coveted colours and trends.
Stripes were all over this season's catwalks, so why not experiment with a multi-coloured, horizontally striped dress? Or pick up one of their signature accessory pieces like a neon yellow tote or a bright turquoise crossbody satchel, both with the brand's signature multi-coloured decorative tassels attached to them. Gentlemen, Little Marcel also sells clothing and accessories appropriately titled Mister Marcel. So, "pop in" for a visit and get your summer fix à la seaside Française before they pick up and go.
