Dine with a difference will be serving up Italian chicken croquettes (GF), hand made fresh, and escargot farmed by them at Gippsland. They also do sweets like chestnut chocolate fudge cake (GF), but ricotta cake is their speciality. Paesanoes Foods will also be presenting their speciality; handmade Italian Zippoli's doughnuts made fresh on the spot, for more dessert options. For something cool, Vanilla & Co has your customised gelato experience ready and waiting. They accommodate special dietary needs including vegan gelato and sorbetto, dairy free and fat free sorbets.
