Little Italy Food Fest is brought to you by the Italian Sports Club of Werribee. On Sunday 23 Feb 2020 from 11am to 3pm head to 601 Heaths Rd Werribee, Werribee for a celebration of traditional Italian foods and coffee, entertainment and more. Entry is FREE to this true Italian experience.

Come hungry and perhaps join the Pasta Eating Competition. Wash it all down at the Pop-Up Bar then chill to entertainment provided by an Accordion Player and the Veneto Club Italian Choir. The more the merrier, so bring your family and friends and share the event around. Keep checking back on the event page as more details come to hand. Keep an eye on the discussion section for all the stallholders that'll be there.

Watch out for II Panzerotto Tast of Puglia - Melbourne, renown for their Panzerotti. Purely handmade and homemade, this savoury turnover that originated in Central and Souther Italian cuisine is made respecting the traditions and culinary history of Italy.

The Cheese Rebels will be returning with their Vintage Cheddar, Pepper Rebel Cheese, Vegan Rebel Cheese Persian Feta Style, Blueberry Blue Rebel Cheese, Ashed Rebel Goat Cheese Ricotta and Fried Saganaki. That's a lot of cheese to behold.

If it's salami you're after, Salami Shack has you covered. Their range includes traditional pork, beef & pork, beef, lamb &rosemary, and kangaroo and venison. None of their salamis or mettwursts are made from imported meat or meat product; all meats are sourced from Australian farmers. Most importantly, the salamis do not contain fillers or extenders and are therefore gluten-free and can be enjoyed by all.

Arancini 4 All is another business that makes fresh coeliac friendly arancini using the best farmers have to offer. Freshly cooked to order, it's served with their preserved garlic and lime aioli or their vegan and fodmap (click the link if you're not familiar with FODMAP) secret sauce. They specialise in making their own unique arancini flavours and aiolis for all those with dietary requirements.

Back by popular demand, Fatto in Casa will bring their traditionally made homemade Sicilian pork sausages that are preservative and gluten-free. The sausages will be available to eat hot, cooked on the day, or takeaway to cook at home.

Sticky Balsamic will bring their delicious, hand-crafted gourmet sauce proudly created in regional Victoria. This multi medal-winning fruit-infused balsamic vinegar will enhance the flavour of your food, giving you tastier salads, meats, veggies, fruit and cheese dishes. See the discussion section for al the flavours you can have.

Now for a little something sweet, head to Paesanoes Foods for their handmade Italian Doughnuts - Zippoli's freshly made to order, so be sure to try some. Vanilla & Co on the other hand is all about cold desserts to cool you down. This Italian style artisan gelato is made in Melbourne from 100% fresh Australian milk and the best local ingredients to match. They also accommodate special dietary needs including vegan gelato and sorbetto, dairy-free and fat-free sorbets. With so much more to discover, don't miss this authentic event that brings Italy to your doorstep.
