Located in the heritage listed Wyong Milk Factory site, just five minutes drive from the heart of Wyong, Little Creek Cheese is a family operated producer of gourmet cheese.
Visit the shop for some tasting of a variety of cheeses and find out a little about their cheese-making processes which includes manual stirring.
Try a fromage or two. The seaweed and wasabi is a great combination with a bit of zing and something a little different.
There is also a tasty range of marinated fetta-styled Little Creek Salad Cheeses; from garlic and dill, to the Italian, or the chilli, basil and garlic. These cheeses are a great addition to a green salad, as the name suggests.
Little Creek also makes yoghurt and air dried oranges dipped in dark chocolate.
Products are available from the factory shop and from a number of farmers markets. They also supply these superior quality cheeses to restaurants and other catering businesses.
What to learn how to make cheese and yoghurt? Attend a full-day workshop to learn some of the processes.
