Little Bear Brown knots and weaves delightful boutique
While having Coffee at Nerosso Cafe on Redcliffe Parade, I was intrigued by a sign at the front of the Jetty Arcade with a big brown bear walking in the wilderness. The A-frame sign pointed me to take a closer look. I could not resist.
Little Bear Brown Store Business Card
I followed the arrow on this intriguing sign and found a new boutique called Little Bear Brown.
I discovered jewellery, candles, other gifts and home decor on display. It was a pleasant surprise to see the owner busy making pompoms and threading them into a garland. I noticed that the shop was decorated with her own creations. How nice is it to find a creative person putting their own touch on developing a store display?
She looked up from her pompoms and greeted me with a lovely smile. She let me know that if there was anything she could do to help, to please let her know. It was great to be acknowledged, and her friendly manner helped us strike up a conversation. I do enjoy getting to know the person behind the business as it feels more personal.
Georgina Clarke is a delight to talk to. She is interested in helping you to get exactly what you want and she told me that she makes and sells her own hand-crafted macrame and bunting items. In fact, if you take a stroll further down the Jetty Arcade, other businesses have purchased her creative handiwork.
Items on offer include:
