It just wouldn't be Christmas without spotting and buying Lions Christmas Cakes & Puddings for the festive season. Their cakes in tins have been synonymous with the festive season in what feels like forever. By now we know that Lions Club do extraordinary deeds to lend a lending hand to those who need it within our community. It seems only fair we support them so they can keep on helping our community who are doing it tough by buying and gifting their cakes and puddings. The Lions Club of Blackburn will be releasing their cakes and puddings from 9-21 Dec 2024 so be sure to mark those dates in your diary. You'll find them at Blackburn Square Shopping Centre, 64-104 Springfield Rd, Blackburn. They're so affordable, please support them big time!

Trash & Treasure Sale

Here's another little Lions Club of Blackburn event you might want to look into. This coming Saturday 9 Nov 2024 from 8am-1pm there's going to be a Trash & Treasure Sale at 483-485 Canterbury Road, Vermont; at the 1st Vermont Scout Group Hall. As they say, one man's trash is another man's treasure - so head on down and enjoy fossicking around for bargains and things you can repurpose or up-cycle. Plus it's a sustainable way to shop, and you'll be doing your wallet and mother earth a favour.
