A Gathering
Walking through the Girraween National Park
I come upon a gathering of cockatoos being cockatoos.
Sometimes flying with other is joy itself,
the sky is big enough for all of us.

Australian relief block printmaker Wayne Singleton is presenting a solo exhibition at Petrie Terrace Gallery (Royal Queensland Art Society) from 13-24 September. Entry is FREE.

Showcasing Singleton's hand-coloured linocut prints, this stunning exhibition captures the essence of the Australian landscape with beautiful stylisation and a sensitive use of colour.

With extensive exhibition and teaching experience, Singleton’s attention to detail within his large-scale handmade prints are truly unique.

Come along and see for yourself why Singleton has been successfully exhibiting since the 1980s.



The exhibition will be opened by Dr Tim Mosely, Senior Lecturer in Visual Art/Print Convenor at QCA Griffith University, on Saturday 16 September at 2 pm.
