In 2021 IAgeWell are absolutely delighted to be hosting the Sunshine Coast's Lifestyle 55Plus Expo, showcasing the very best that the Sunshine Coast has to offer its over 55's community. Usually held every year during Queensland Seniors Month, the premier LifeStyle 55Plus Expo has grown from strength to strength and as a result in 2021 will be held at the Nambour Showgrounds.

With more than one hundred and thirty exhibitors displaying their services and products; live on-stage entertainment and a fabulous variety of food on offer, the LifeStyle 55Plus Expo is a not-to-be-missed event. The range of exhibitors is extensive and will include -

LifeStyle 55Plus Expo are planning a pickleball court for visitors who are keen to try out the game; or for those looking for something a bit more relaxing … a session of Tai Chi or perhaps participating in a yoga session.
Once guests have wandered and browsed through all the stalls, grab something to eat and enjoy the fabulous entertainment put on by The Kitty Kats, Brontes Band, Buderim Mens Choir and U3A Sunshine Coast (an organisation that offers more than 200 classes and activities to promote active lifestyles for mature age members) - the cherries on top to enhance your LifeStyle 55Plus Expo experience.
