Do you find yourself procrastinating, feeling stressed, or maybe frustrated that you aren’t completing all the tasks on your list? Or maybe you don’t even have a list? Procrastination and stress can significantly hinder your academic and work success and overall well being.

Join this masterclass, Lifeskills for Young People - Productivity with Punch Workshop, and learn useful tips and tricks for study, work and everyday life to help you perfectly time everything, especially with major assignments and exam preparation.

This FREE training session will be held on Tuesday, 10 October 2023, starting at 1.15 pm to 4.30 pm, at Unley Town Hall, Oxford Terrace, Unley, and will equip you with effective strategies and techniques to enhance your productivity, overcome procrastination, and manage stress during high-pressure situations. By mastering these skills, you'll be better prepared to excel in your studies and maintain a healthy balance in your life.

The outline of workshop is as follow:
Understanding Productivity and Procrastination
• Definition of productivity
• Identifying the causes and consequences of procrastination
• Brain-based success habits
Strategies to Boost Productivity
• Breaking down larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps B. Time Management Techniques
• Urgent and important matrix
• Managing digital distractions
• The "Two-Minute Rule"
Mastering Stress When Under Pressure
• Stress Management Techniques
• Cultivating self-compassion and positive self-talk

This workshop will be facilitated by the Jane Wundersitz of Wunder Training, and aims to help young people aged 15 to 25 years old. Spots at this workshop are very limited, so book here ASAP. In the event that all spots are allocated, priority will be given to young people who live and/or study in the City of Unley.

Please note that young people aged up to 17 years must include parent/guardian contact details on the order form. Bring your own water bottle and laptop or notebook. Some snacks will be provided.
